A new burger and a new quesadilla? Count us in! East Coast Wings + Grill is definitely serving up great food this season.
Summer is almost over but we’re still getting a ton of new food from all the best fast food chains around. In fact, we’re heading right around that time of the year where we can expect even more new food (and maybe a few returning favorites) heading our way. East Coast Wings + Grill is one of the latest restaurants to announce a bunch of new items that are gracing their menu in the coming weeks.
East Coast Wings + Grill just confirmed that they’re expanding their menu and are releasing exciting new menu items this August. Whether you’re into wings or just casual dining, East Coast Wings definitely has something for you. Starting on August 27, 2024, you can experience for yourself the four new dishes they have in store. These new dishes are inspired by current flavor trends and showcase their culinary team’s commitment to innovation and creativity. Let’s take a look at the new items they have to offer.
Gochujang Burger
First up, we got something inspired by the current global K-wave trend. Korea has tons of great food in their country but one of the best condiments they’ve ever produced has to be Gochujang. This fermented red chili paste has the perfect combination of sweet, spicy, and savory at the same time. So, it makes for the perfect ingredient in a burger. The Gochujang Burger features two quarter-pound Angus beef patties basted with Gochujang, topped with provolone cheese, pickled red onions, jalapeños, and finished with sesame gochujang aioli on a toasted bun.
Fiesta Burger
Here’s the next new burger from East Coast Wings + Grill. This one takes inspiration from a Mexican street food favorite, the Elote. Elote is basically grilled corn. The Fiesta Burger includes two seasoned quarter-pound Angus beef patties with warm Mexican street corn queso, fire-roasted corn, chili peppers, melted cheddar jack cheese, and topped with crispy tortilla strips, jalapeños, and chipotle aioli on a toasted bun.
‘DILL’-icious Flatbread
Dill is one of the most popular herb used as an ingredient when making cucumber pickles. It has that signature tangy and somewhat refreshing flavor that’s very addictive. So, they used it as a primary inspiration for this new menu item. This is a crispy flatbread that’s topped with creamy dill pickle aioli, seasoned ground beef, chopped tomatoes, pickles, smoked bacon, and a blend of melted mozzarella cheese. Then it’s finished with a drizzle of 1000 island dressing.
Fiesta Quesadilla
Like the Fiesta Burger, this item takes heavy inspiration from Mexican Elotes. The Fiesta Quesadilla features a grilled flour tortilla that’s filled with fire-roasted corn, melted cheddar jack cheese, spicy seasoned chicken, jalapeño, and cilantro. It’s finished with a drizzle of chipotle aioli.
East Coast Wings + Grill is definitely upping their game this season and refining their menu in ways that respond directly to their customer’s feedbacks. They actually host monthly food focus groups with some of their loyalty members to gather information and ensure that they can provide only the best for their customers. Now that’s some pretty valuable market research right there.
These new menu items are certainly very welcome additions and would actually pair great with East Cost Wings’ famous chicken wings. This adds diversity to their menu which is already pretty comprehensive as it is. Aside from wings, they have great burgers, delicious flat breads, and even skillets that are all served in a casual and family-friendly atmosphere.

East Coast Grill + Wings are making headlines again with the release of amazing new menu items! But this time, it’s not for their delicious Chicken Wings. This time, they’re releasing new menu items that are inspired by currently trending flavors. I think it’s a good move to adapt to what customers are into these days. And it also doesn’t hurt that some of these items are heavily inspired by international cuisine. Personally, I’m really excited to try the Gochujang Burger. It sounds like something that I’ve never heard of before. I enjoy Gochujang with Korean BBQ but apart from that, I never really pictured it being used on a burger.
