We guide our franchisees to manage all East Coast Wings + Grill franchise costs. Once a franchise agreement is signed, we walk the new franchisee through an orientation and on-boarding. We conduct a real estate evaluation in the marketplace and by using our real estate and marketing software, we can assist in providing a restaurant site that is consistent with the Brand. Our Real Estate team will visit the market to ensure the site meets our brands criteria. We provide prototypical East Coast Wings + Grill drawings, outlining the key design elements. Our Development team follows a plan review process, generates a construction schedule and assists in the build out of the franchisee’s restaurant.
Training and Development
East Coast Wings + Grill is committed to teaching and growing franchisee talent. Owners, operating partners and managers will receive a combination of classroom and in store training to achieve the necessary skill to open and operate an East Coast Wings + Grill restaurant. Our training team provides new restaurant opening training for your staff and provides on going training utilizing WING U, our LMS platform.
Our marketing department is a partner in the pre-opening, opening and post opening of the restaurant. We equip the franchisee with a local store marketing toolbox to make a connection within the community and assist the franchisee with traditional and non- traditional marketing strategies, including consumer research, media planning and creative development.
ECW+G has a robust guest loyalty program and utilizes all the social media platforms to attract guest to the restaurant.
East Coast Wings + Grill is Driven by Unit Level Economics® and is committed to the success of the franchisee. We review each unit’s P+L on a monthly basis and provide guidance to ensure KPI’s are achieved at the restaurant level. Restaurant operations reports and frequent visitation by our operations team assist in performance improvement.
In an effort to keep East Coast Wings + Grill franchise costs in line, we have supplier/partner relationships that we leverage to provide logistics solutions and product sourcing.
ECW+G is constantly evolving and enhancing the menu offerings. We have food focus group testing with our rewards members, and we test menu offerings in restaurants quarterly. We provide menu analytics, twice a year menu deployment, and culinary training and development.
We advise our franchisees on restaurant financing models, P+L statements, forecasting and growth strategies.
